Do guests have to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code on your table and play right in their phone’s browser. There’s nothing to download.

When can guests use their reward?

What information is saved, and can I use it?

Guests share their name, email, and birthday with consent to receive your emails. Their details stay organized in your CRM, so you can access your customer list and use it for your restaurant’s email marketing.

What do I need to handle?

Choose a reward your restaurant can provide, place the QR codes on your tables, and honor the reward when guests return. We handle the branded game, monthly updates, and automated email setup.

Can I do my own marketing, or do you handle it?

You can use your customer list and send your own emails from the CRM. Both plans include welcome, “we miss you,” and birthday automations. With Plus, our team also manages nurture and offer campaigns for you.

Can I choose the game?

Yes. The video shows Spin & Win, Memory Match, and Quick Catch. During setup, we help you choose the style and adapt it with your restaurant’s name, logo, colors, and reward. We refresh the game every month.

What’s the difference between the two plans?

Come Back Club is $199/month plus $200 one-time setup. It includes the QR game, consented contact capture, a next-visit reward, monthly game updates, three automatic emails, and a basic CRM. Plus is $499/month with free setup and adds managed nurture and offer campaigns, 25,000 email sends per month, unlimited CRM contacts, and a branded landing page for your restaurant.

What does 25,000 emails per month mean?

Plus includes up to 25,000 email sends per month. Sending one email to 1,000 contacts uses 1,000 sends. The number of contacts stored in the Plus CRM is unlimited; the monthly limit applies to email sends.
